Photos, files and billing
Every template page answers what that template is. These are the questions that are the same whichever template you pick.
Photos and likeness
How many photos do I need?
One-photo templates use the first slot; two-photo templates use both. Clear, well-lit, front-facing faces give the sharpest result.
Do I need to write a prompt?
No. Each template ships its own built-in prompt and length — add your photos and generate. There is nothing to write.
Will the result still look like me?
Yes. The model keeps the face, hair and outfit from your photo. Clear, front-facing, well-lit photos keep the most detail.
Can I upload a photo of someone else?
Only with their consent. Upload photos of yourself, or of people who agreed to appear in your video.
Can I use a pet?
Yes, in any photo slot. A clear photo of the face works better than a tiny figure in a wide shot.
Who can see my upload?
The photo is used to make your file. Only upload yourself, or someone who agreed.
Files, time and billing
How long does a render take?
Most runs finish in a few minutes. The output panel shows progress, and a failed run refunds the credits automatically.
What if the generation fails?
Failed runs refund the credits automatically, so you only pay for finished clips. You can retry right away from the history list.
How do I download and post it?
Download the file from the output panel, then upload it to TikTok, Reels or Shorts. Add a trending sound in the app when you post.
Do credits expire?
Credit packs do not expire. Credits from a monthly plan last until the end of the billing period.
Is there a watermark?
No. Downloaded files have no watermark.
Is there music or sound?
No — the output is a silent MP4. Record a trending audio in your app and sync it when you post; that is what the format is built for.
