Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Video Generator you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms also apply to any future features we add.

The Service

AI Video Generator renders short videos, GIF loops, and still images from photos you upload, using preset templates. Results are generated by AI models and vary from run to run; a template shows one result as an example, not as a guarantee of your output.

Your Account

You must provide a working email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Accounts are for personal use — do not resell access or automate the generator off-platform without our written consent.

Photos — Rules and Rights

• You confirm you own the rights (or have permission) to every photo you upload and the face in it. Uploading photos of strangers or celebrities without authorization is prohibited.
• The churn is yours to stop: do not upload material meant to deceive (deepfakes presented as real events), harass, sexualize minors (strictly zero tolerance — we report these), or violate any law.
• We may degrade your output and suspend your account if a photo or prompt breaks these rules. Illegal material is preserved where required for law enforcement.

Credits, Payments and Refunds

• Generation consumes credits. The credit price is displayed next to every generate button before you start, and the server charges exactly that amount.
• Credits are prepaid and non-transferable. Credits included in subscriptions are tied to the billing cycle; one-time packs remain valid as shown at purchase.
• Renders that fail on the provider's side are credited back automatically. Successfully rendered clips are not refundable — the credits were priced and consumed for that render.
• You can request a case-by-case review for a genuine error (double charge, technical failure, a purchase you could not use) through support; we resolve dispute cases reasonably and promptly.

Your Output and Content Rights

• You own the results you generate from photos of yourself or from photos you have permission to use, and you may post them on any platform.
• We retain ownership of the service itself — the site, templates, and code.

Acceptable Use of the Service

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or scrape the site beyond normal browsing, attack or probe our systems, share accounts across teams without a plan that allows it, or use the generated content in ways that platform policies or the law prohibit.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. If we permanently close the service, we will refund the pro-rata value of unused subscription credits.

Termination

You can close your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms — you keep the clips you already generated, subject to removal if the breach involved unlawful content.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, except where such limitation is not allowed.

Changes

We may change these terms; material changes are announced in advance through the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
